Chateau Kirwan, located in Cantenac, is a Troisieme Grand Cru - Third Growth*.
The estate is built during the XVII^th century by the family De la Salle. In the XVIII^th century, Mark Kirwan became owner of the estate, giving his name to the Chateau.
Powerful, elegant and complex, Chateau Kirwan is extremely representative of the Margaux wine.
Also, Chateau Kirwan produces a second wine named Les Charmes de Kirwan, made with the youngest vine stock growing.
